Well there are many reasons:

Don't eat dinner after 6pm and normally go to sleep 2 hours after you eat and digest. That way you wont have a belly.

Also you can start a healthy diet and exercise more but muscles are heavier than fat.

You can also do surgery, and take out the fat from your arms, legs, thighs, even butt fat.

And make your portions smaller.
