maybe hill giants. just bring food, if you can afford it. If you can't don't worry.
Note: you need a brass key, you can get one on grand exchange for > 1k He forgot something. You can train on your own level. don't cross the wilderness line but go to it. It's really kinda north with a bit touch to the left and you'll see black knights. Oh yeah if you're mage or range then you can attack over the ditch so you don't get hurt like me.
Moss giants for a challenge that are the same level as you or those red Spiders in karamja in the crevice or the high part is the hobgoblins near the mossgiants near barbarian village. Hobgoblins level 42-48 Moss giants 42 red spiders 32 (also in the sewer in karamja.

FOOD!#$#!@#@
VERY STRONG ARMOR
HOPE THAT YOU DON'T DIE!!@#$!@$#@!
Giant cockroaches, experiments, bandits if you have a good prayer level or can afford many prayer potions.
Killing Lesser Demons is a good form of training at your level, though you may was too look in some quests if you are looking for a challenge.
A dragon, They also drop decent items.
i know you have most likely heard this before, but i would go with hill giants, look it up how to get there, good luck.
They are moderately good to train on for lower level players, yes.
I would have to say, cows.
At that level, you might kill cows and chickens.
The best spot to train hunter in is the Feldip Hills as it can support your hunting to level 45.
animated rune armor that drops rune stuff and tokens
A good low leveled monster that drops good items in runescape is chaos druids. Because they drop lots of herbs like Rannar which is a lot of gold pieces but you need to be a member to access them.
I would not suggest a monster, I would suggest Soul Wars.
It depends on what your hitpoints are and what your armour is. However I find the spiders in the third level of the stronghold of security good training as they are aggressive and don't hit terrible high.
If you want to find out more on where you can find a certain monster i recommend going to a runescape help site these are some good ones: www.runehq.com www.zybez.com
if your non member greater demons. If member blue and green dragons are good.
