scanner
The device is usually called a scanner. It can be a camera or a device that passes over the printed matter from one end to the other detecting light and dark areas converting it to a computerized image. Scanners can be stand alone devices where you place printed matter on a surface and the device scans the page into the computer; they can be handheld devices that you manually move across the page; or they can be part of a multifunction printer (MFP) that may function as a printer, copier, scanner and fax machine. Some scanners include a sheet feeder so that multiple sheets can be automatically processed at once. Scanners may produce only black and white images or they may be able to scan and generate color images of the printed matter.
Normally, the scanned image of text is just a picture/image file and a computer program is used to analyze the image and convert it to a text file that can be used by word processors. The process is called Optical Character Recognition (OCR). OCR needs to recognize many character styles (fonts) and sizes as well as flaws and smudges in the pages being processed. Although much more sophisticated than in the past, the process is still not flawless and the generated text needs to manually checked for errors.
A scanner is an input device that converts printed material to a form the computer can use.
That would be a... scanner.

scanner
A scanner is a computer input device for receiving images from printed material so a computer can use or store them. However, the computer cannot directly understand words contained in such images. That takes software to convert them in a process known as optical character recognition.
ocr
Yes, optical scanner is a hardware input device for a computer. Scanners allow a user to take a printed picture or document and convert it into a digital file, allowing a computer to read or display the file.
the graphics processor
A scanner.
The graphics card man it should be located near your ram cards
The output of a computer can be purely visual, in which case the output device is a monitor, or it can be printed, in which case the output device is a printer; when computers produce sound, the output device is a speaker.
input device
A graphics tablet is used to to accept user input to the computer so is classed as input device ...
Computer language, or coding language, can be in a variety of different formats. These 'languages' may include C, C++, C#, Java, Ruby, Python, and others. Many of these languages are converted into binary code (the code that computers actually understand) before they are run. Binary code is not readable by humans, but computer languages are. That is why most people write instructions in a programming languages and then use another program to convert that code into binary.
