There isn't really a set 'list' of Greek gods and goddesses. There are countless gods and goddesses in Greek mythology. However, Iris is definitely considered one of them.

Greek myth does not list birthdays for ancient Greek gods and goddesses.
There are too many to list. There was a Greek god for almost everything. The twelve main Greek gods were Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Ares, Demeter, Apollo, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, Artemis, Hermes, Dionysus, Athena, and Hera. Hestia was one of the main 12 gods and goddesses, but she gave up her seat to Dionysus, Zeus's son.

Which mythology do you mean? Greek, Indian, Norse, Celtic, Egyptian, Canaanite...? Many of these religions had literally hundreds of gods. It would be nearly impossible to list all of them. If you need to produce a written answer for this question, the best thing is to google for the mythology that interests you and then list the 20-30 main gods.
Wikipedia has a good list, its not complete, but its good.

There was a myriad of gods the Greeks believed in, most of them minor gods. However, there were twelve major gods. Major: Athena, Artemis, Hera, Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Ares, Apollo, Demeter, Hephaestus, Hermes, Aphrodite I apologize for the lack of a list of minor gods, but for one thing there are way too many of them to list, and I also don't know enough of their names to create a list. :) I hope this helped at least a little :)
