well the first time this miy legs went red and were itcy i was worried but i found out why the do it . All that is happening is the blood is rushing to all the places that you are working the hardest at that point and time, it happens to most people, but more noticeable in others. Don't' worry about it! Just worry about your run! === === Same thing happens to me, I asked my personal trainer who is a med student also, about it!
