What is a person called who doesn't believe in the Bible?
If they don't believe in God then they are called "atheist." But you can't call someone that, unless they call themselves that. People just have different religions, so if they don't believe in the bible, they might have something else they believe in.
I believe in god, but what the bible says doesnt mea anything
yes i believe he did even though the bible doesnt say
Someone who does not believe in any religion is an aetheist but different religions have different religious books. The Jewish faith has the Torah, the Islam faith has the Qoran and so on.
Someone who says there a Christian but dosent act like it. Doesnt read Bible or go to Church Doesnt believe God Refuses God ETC.
I think it is Abraham that is called in the Bible a first Prophet.
Because in Christianity it is believed that God inspired the writers of the bible directly, so the person is just the writing instrument and God is the author. This is called Divine Inspiration. Others believe that God spoke to them and told them what to write. This is called Divine Revelation, where God reveals himself.
I believe it was Abraham.
No, I don't believe he was, it was God who called him to leave his family. This is what I believe is stated in the Bible. It does not state that he moved about before God called him.
This is a bit of a quagmire of a question. Some believe that the Bible is allegorical (symbolic) and some believe that it is literal, like I do. There are also beliefs that the Bible isn't completely true, or that only certain parts are, with other parts being lies or halve-truths. I believe that each and every word of the Bible is inspired (God-breathed), which is called plenary verbal inspiration. Some believe that the Bible… Read More
Judaism has no belief about Jesus whatsoever. The Jewish Bible, called the Tanakh, does not include the New Testament.
The bible reminds us that the "dead are conscious of nothing". (Ecc. 9:5)So after a person dies they are unable to think or reason on anything. Therefore, according to the Bible, a person believes in nothing after they die. I think it's safe to say that they believe the truth.
I believe that you might be talking about an Evangelist who is a person who devoted there whole life to the beliefs of God and The Bible and believed that everything in the Bible was inspired by God therefore all of its stories in all their details were true. They rejected the theory of evolution and believed that every person should live there life for God. They did not believe in the consumption of alcohol… Read More
A: The Bible is already written for Jews, who do not believe in the New Testament. Christians call this the Old Testament, while Jews call it the Tanach. A Bible has even been written for people who do not believe in the prophecies of the Old Testament or that miracles happen. This is called the Jefferson Bible, after one of the American Founding Fathers.
I believe Lucifer or the serpent was the first person to ask a question in the bible. It is in Genesis 3:1, "...'Did God really say,' you must not eat from any tree in the garden'?'"
We believe that there is one trinity that contians, the Father (God) the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus died on the cross for us to save us from our sins. In the Bible it says to spread the gospel. We do, but if the person does not want to listen, the Bible says not to force.
It's impossible to answer, except that, if you believe the Bible is true, Adam was the first person created, Eve was the second, Cain was their first child, so techincally, according to the Bible, Cain was the first person ever born.
in the Bible it said it was Eve.
Nobody knows that. If you believe the Bible, then it was Cain, who killed his brother Abel.
Luther did believe in the Bible.
That description fits in with Old-Earth creationism. See also: Were we created?
These saints are called martyrs in the Bible
Unitarians believe that Jesus was a good person and prophet, but not God. They also believe the Bible is subject to Human error, and the belief that there is not trinity and that God exists as a separate entity.
You don't "prepare to become a Christian." If you believe in Jesus Christ, you are a Christian. If you don't, you're not. You can, however, prepare to become a better Christian by reading the Bible, and praying more often to God.
I want to know where in the Bible it tells of how many years a person is guaranteed. I believe it is threescore and ten but I think there are several references to that answer.
i do not know that is a good question Who was the first person on the planet? I suppose this is what you mean. If you believe the Bible - it was Adam. If you believe in evolution, all bets are off.
First and above all, God wants people to read the Bible, I guess all Christians would like to see people read the Bible. As for studying the Bible, it will occur more and more when a person reads the Bible.
Because that is what the Bible says, and if you believe in any part of the Bible, you should believe all of it, because Christians believe that the Bible is the word of God.
Beliefs are up to the individual, however, as the Bible mentions 3 heavens: the sky, space, and God's Throne a person would have to be blind not to see the sky or space. Belief in God's Throne or the Highest heaven is called faith.
It doesnt say.
When I use the word "believe", I use it when I am trying to describe something that I, personally, believe to be the truth, such as, "I believe that God loves us." I use the word "believe" to stress that, although it may be my own belief, others may not agree. I see that you've also chosen the Bible category for this question, so perhaps you're asking what does the word "believe" represent in Christianity… Read More
Some people do not believe the Bible, but Christians believe it is right.

The same person he is everywhere else in the Bible: Simon, called Peter, son of John (or possibly Jonah) and brother of Andrew.
He invented the printing press and was the first person to print the bible WITH the printing press. This was called the Gutenberg Bible.
What would you call someone who doesn't strictly believe in God and following the word of the Bible but does believe in something spiritual?
An agnostic.ALLAH is one.....this does not make any sense that someone does not believe in GOD but does believe in SOMETHING SPIRITUAL..this is fact that bible is not in its real form .it was changed by some Jews scholars for greed of goods and wealth.....the person who does not believe in god is totally the followers of sins n bad pathways....he is always in loss
I believe the Bible to be the word of God is so far as it has been translated correctly. I believe the the KJV of the bible to be the most acceptable bible to read.

Of course the Bible, but the Catholic had to interpret it in their Catechism. The catholic believe that Bible is not enough for salvation. Their lies a tradition called the Apostolic tradition. The church magisterium is the teaching of the church.
The Gideons believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant word of God.
They believe the Bible is the sole rule of Faith and stress its literal interpretation.
Yes. Adam and Eve are in the Bible and Christians believe the Bible.
A: Mother Teresa was a real, historical person. There are serious doubts as to whether Moses was a real, historical person - over 90 per cent of scholars are reported to believe there was no Exodus from Egypt as described in the Bible. Answer: Mother Teresa was Roman Catholic. Moses was Israelite (what is now called Jewish).
Christians believe in all of the Bible, Jews believe in the Old Testament part of the Bible and Muslims profess to believe in "all the Prophets and all the Scriptures." At the same time, however, they dismiss the Bible as being invalid and untrustworthy.
The closest answer would be Theist. Theists believe in a god or gods, but the term does not denote any specific religion. Agnostic may also be the word you are looking for.
Christians believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God, penned by the hand of men and women of different ages, backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, and at different points in time. They believe it and it alone can help guide a person to enter into a relationship with the one true God.
Is the following statement a circular reasoning There is god because the Bible tell it so and the Bible is the word of god?
The Bible is considered to be the word of God to His children on earth as far as it is translated correctly. One does not accept what the bible says unless the Holy Spirit of truth has testified to that person that it is so. A person who has the faith to believe that the word of God is contained in scripture will gain more than a person who does not believe. If one wishes… Read More
