It depends. If you do not believe in any gods, then you are an atheist (this includes all gods, from Zeus to Yahweh). You can still allow the possibility that god(s) exist, but you have said: "I see no evidence for that, so I won't believe it, or give it any serious credence until evidence is produced."

If you think that there's a reasonable chance that god(s) exist, but you're not sure, then you're agnostic. There are degrees of agnosticism, all the way from "god(s) probably exist.. but I am not totally convinced" to "god(s) almost certainly do not exist, but I retain some belief".

Other than that, you're in a very grey area. Some people combine elements of various different religions to create their own view. So you can call it what you want, I suppose.

Those who are unsure whether there is a God (but who don't rule it out) and therefore don't follow any particular religion are called "agnostics."

While no name is given for this group of people, "in denial" is an acceptable term that could be used by people on both "sides" of the afformentioned group.

An Irreligionist. Although this may visually denote a hostility to religion. 'Nonreligious' is more self-evident.

You may be thinking of an agnostic. An agnostic is a person who believes that the existence of a greater power, such as a god, cannot be proven or disproved.
