The Eastern Caribbean States refers to the islands of Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St Kitts-Nevis, St Lucia and St Vincent. The EC$ is pegged at US$1.00=EC$2.70, so the coin's value in US currency is about 37% of its stated EC$ denomination. As for numistmatic value, unless it is in Uncirculated or Proof condition, there isn't likely to be any (I presume that your coin's denomination is 1, 2, 5, 10, 25 or 50 cents or 1 dollar - multiple-dollar coins may be made of precious metal and/or have additional value).
