No such thing. You might be referring to Split Queen Box Spring....
This is just a wrong answer. A split queen mattress is a queen-sized mattress that has been split into two individual mattresses, each of which is half-width. I have one: The Otis Liberty Queen Split Mattress.
2 smaller matresses!:)
A split queen mattress is not as common as a split king sized mattress. A box spring for a queen bed can be purchased when the area for the bed is unreachable by the queen box spring in its original size.
The mattress will be 60 inches (same width as queen bed mattress) by 72inches (8 inches shorter than queen bed mattress).
The mattress itself has some flexibility, and should bend when carried around the corner. You may, however, need to replace the box spring with a split box for queen mattresses (two pieces that fit side by side under the mattress); the narrower profile is more maneuverable in tight spaces.
Queen sized mattress are 6 inches wider and 5 inches longer than a full sized mattress.
A queen mattress has measurements of 60 inches by 80 inches. A king size mattress is 76 inches by 80 inches.
I've been doing this for over 10 years. You will need to get a SPLIT QUEEN boxspring. It splits the boxspring in two pieces similar to a king.
The mattress is full I believe
its 60W X 80L (in inches)
a good amount of money. 2,899.00 - twin bed 3,599.00 - queen 3,999.00 - king 5,798.00 - split king 3,999.00 - CA king 5,798.00 - split CA king
The advantage of having a queen size mattress is the space. There is more room to stretch out.
Queen size mattresses are approximately 60 inches long by 60 inches wide. The depth of the mattress varies depending on the mattress brand, and whether the mattress has a pillow top or not.
You could possibly do this, but your box spring will be about 9" too wide and 5" too short. A queen mattress is 60" x 80". A twin regular mattress is 39" x 75". An extra long twin would be 80" long.
