It could be measles, it could be shingles, it could be an allergic reaction, it could be a lot of things. If you are concerned, go see a doctor. Try this, run a fingernail across the hairless inside of your forearm. Press down a little but not enough to scratch or break the skin. Wait a minute or two and see if you have a raised, itchy welt where you scratched. If you do it's probably an allergic reaction. The raised welt after that simple test is called dermagraphia and a pretty good sign that you are having some kind of allergic reaction.

eczema pronounced exma usually, can cause rashes you described.ive currently been in hospital a few times but ive been given different antibiotics but only reduced the rash a bit.ive been told a dermatologist might help to see if ive got an allergy ,ive been told showering in the morning can trigger the problem so try a warm bath and check out the helpateczma.org .au site goodluck from peter from oz

Could be hives if you have Allergies, or poison oak or sumac. Please go to your doctor for help.

Perhaps hair dye? or it could be your facial cleanser it may be to strong.

That can be anything from a heat rash, Eczema, dermatitis. The best thing to do is not to touch it and if it doesn't go away (or it gets worse) within a couple days, consult a physician.
