Just a sleeve to reduce the size of a pipe. You can get one to reduce a 4 inch down to a 2 inch or whatever you need to do.

Saturn S series vehicles do not use a Strut arm... nor do they have a Strut arm bushing. I'm assuming your referring to the sway bar bushing in the center of the lower control arm. This bushing is not serviceable alone, the replacement of the entire lower control arm is needed if the bushing has failed.

Try grease and a gage pin of close fit to the bushing. Simply apply a large amount of grease to the ID of the bushing. Insert gage pin and hammer.
tighten your trucks alot or unscrew the truck and take off the bushing and snap it or something.
The bushings are pressed into the eye of the leaf spring on each end. The leaf spring should be removed and the old bushing pressed out on a shop press then press a new bushing pressed back in. In the old days I used to burn the old rubber out of the bushing then chisel out what is left.
Probably a control arm bushing, possibly a strut mount or stabilizer bar bushing. Mine was the control arm bushing, 2001 Windstar Sport pkg.
It is either the WRONG seal or the tailshaft bushing is worn out. Replace bushing and seal.
