I'm not sure what specifically you're after here. Each aircraft has a hull number assigned when it's built, but each user also is assigned a registration number when the aircraft is put into service. All US registered aircraft, for instance, have a registration number beginning with the letter "N,…" and hence the registration number of a US aircraft is referred to as its "N number." See the Wikipedia page in the link below for more information on aircraft registration designations. ( Full Answer )

Other models may have them in different locations, but always on the frame. PS- by law, the frame IS the gun- everythi…ng else is a part that CAN be replaced, but the receiver IS the gun. I do not believe the model 325's were manufactured after 1968. Therefore they required no serial number and yours may not have one. If it did have a serial number it would be on the receiver.
You don't decode the serial, you decode the date code stamped on the barrel starting in 1921. If you have something before that you need a model/serial to date it. Check the manufactured date link on the Remington Society of America for details.

If you don't know where the serial number is supposed to be, you have to look it over closely. Usually you will find a number, or an alphanumeric combination, that identifies the pattern or model and when it was made. You could also try running a Google search for Whateveritis AND "serial number"… to see if you get any clues about where to locate it. That usually works. If not, you could provide more detail and we'll be happy to try to help you, or you could call a local music store (I'm guessing from the category) and ask them. ( Full Answer )
Read it on the receiver If by "run", you mean check it against a database of stolen firearms, THAT database is available only to law enforcement. You can ask local police to check for you- they will want to have the gun in hand when they do that, in the event that it IS stolen.

Hey, I don't know whether this is illegal but I don't think it should be. Someone losing their manual (or for me 2 photocopies of it along with 2 official manuals) should not deprive them from playing their game if they somehow lose all of the Paraworld data (I got a virus on my so I rebuilt it). An…yway sorry cops if it is illegal but here we go; "2SXRS-MP3K2-LTRLG-UJ2HX-L5ZDD-2KJFL-5U9AY-2SGG5". I hoped I helped and goodbye. By they way we need more people playing Paraworld online, the only people who plays online are me and my sister *Warning* when playing online it may say "Invalid or corrupt CD-Key" don't worry just keep on trying. Fender started using serial numbers in the early 1950s. Pre-serial guitars are extremely rare. Later model guitars that have no serial may have had the neck replaced.

First, I think you mean register. In MOST of the US, there is no requirement to register ordinary firearms. Now, about the serial number- it is unlawful to REMOVE a serial number, or to possess a gun that has had the SN removed. However, there are guns that do not HAVE a serial number, and they are …legal. Rifles and shotguns made prior to 1968 were not required to have serial number. Those guns are listed as NSN- No Serial Number- on paperwork that asks for a serial number. ( Full Answer )
