Although this sounds yukky mix a little Milcamagnesia with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and swish in the area of the canker sore. Spit out remaining BUT DO NOT DRINK ANY FLUIDS FOR A GOOD 1/2 HOUR. This will help heal the blister.
Well if you have braces and the blister is near the end of the bottom of your tongue the rub your tonge or the blister up and down then side to side on the braces. I did that and it worked and there wasn't any pain afterwards. Hope this works.
Rinse your mouth out several times a day with warm salt water. Swish around in your mouth holding it as long as you can. Don't swallow.
