"Sprøde" is Norwegian for "crispy" or more obscure meaning - "cool" (as in "Dude you are so cool!" and not as in cold), so saying you're "Super Sprøde" means you are "Super Cool". Freezepop is referring to their fans as being "Super Cool" in the song "Super Sprøde", unless they are secretly cannibals and frying them up.

Yes. Season 1 Episode 8, "...and then you die." Hargitay played the role of a girl "Audine Higgs," who apparently never had any real friends and became infatuated with a Kentucky State Prison escapee "Lester Sprode," played by Will Bledsoe. He was a heartless killer, leaving a trail of bodies, almost as quickly as he could. Sprode took Althea Tibbs (Anne-Marie Johnson), wife of Sparta Chief of Detectives, Virgil Tibbs (Howard E. Rollins, Jr.), hostage along with the grandson, "Scooter" (Z. Wright), of one of Sprode's victims. In the end, Althea convinces "Audine" to help them escape and Sparta police sargeant, Bubba Skinner (Alan Autry) takes the life of Sprode with a scoped rifle. Hargitay is gorgeous in the show with thick, shoulder length, brown, almost kinky hair, infectuous smile and dancing eyes. The episode was released by MGM/UA in 1988. WGN cable/satellite reran the episode October 27, 2011, 11:00am Central U.S. (Chicago) time.
