All "maxi" or extended length Dodge vans have the 127" wheelbase. The 127" non-extended model's extra length is between the back of the side door and the front of the rear wheel opening. The 109" wheelbase model has the door opening and wheel opening very close together.

take tire off, pull brake shoes off, and on the backing plate in the back of it you will see 2 bolts that hold the wheel cylinder on, take the brake line out of the wheel cylinder and remove the 2 bolts and the wheel cylinder is off.
Rear abs was standard. 4 wheel was optional.
You might have a leaky rear wheel cylinder. Check it out, if not check master cylinder
Rear wheel abs was standard equipment on a 2007 Dodge Dakota. Four wheel abs was optional. If you have wiring going to the front wheel bearings for sensors, it is four wheel abs.

I found out it`s the cylinder
2 1/2 bolts and 1 brake line attached behind wheel cylinder, remove them and thats it sometome you may need to hit the cylinder with hammer to knock it lose.
Only one line per wheel - feeds into the brake caliper or wheel cylinder
