Vigilante groups, are the best, they enforce law were its needed and its strongly recommended that you either join one, or take it into your own hands and individually go about taking down people in the name of justice. To make a "group" you first need a name, and a symbol, you need people to fear that name when they hear it, therefore people will be less likely to go about causing crimes, knowing the group is around. Secondly you need strong people, in mind and body, people who are able to enforce the law and see true "justice", they must have hand-hand combat fighting experience and be able to control there strength, therefore no guns etc... that may cause un wanted/ needed death. Thirdly you also need good people with different skills that listen. To form a group your going to at least need 5 people with a set of different skills for example: negotiate, stealth, undercover, mid-range/ long distance combatant and close combat etc... Make sure to do this properly, make the people believe in the cause, and it will be successful. Enjoy!
