One word to describe 'What this world would be without rules' would be chaotic.
Chaotic.
Without rules the world would be a disaster. Murder would be allowed. Abuse would me permitted. No one would get disciplined for their wrong actions. Without responsibilities work would never be completed. An owner might never feed it's dog, go to work or pay its bills. Rules and responsibilities are what hold this world together. Without rules and responsibilities every human life would be a wreck.
Without water, the world would be a barren desert.
It would be a louder world without mufflers.
because we would all die without it Well, and because without law, the world would be in anarchy. No rules = utter chaos.
would we be able to function in society without rules
No, because it is confusing. You changed from "one" (singular) to "them" (plural). You also have words in this sentence that you do not need. I would suggest something like: "Most societies in the world require the population to follow rules." Or perhaps, "Even in the modern world, the majority of societies have rules." Or possibly, "In order to live in a society, it is necessary to have rules."
Any thing, because when there is no president, there is no rules. So u can do anything.
Can you imagine a world without computers? She imagined the exam would be easy.
The governor worried that voters would misunderstand his new spending policies. If you misunderstand the rules, you might violate them without meaning to.
Without rules society would be uncivilized. People would do whatever they wanted when they pleased. Rules provide safety for society.
I suppose so... But it would be a little bit pointless really, because without discipline, how would anybody actually learn the rules?
