Acid reflux, also called gastroesophangeal reflux, is when the acid in the stomach comes back up the esophagus. Acid reflux develpos over a period of time and can be relieved by using natural remedies. Some ways to relieve the symptoms are eating several small meals each day, eating less acidic foods, cut back or stop smoking and drinking alcohol. You might have to try different methods until yo ufind what works for you.
