There were actually two regions that influenced the ancient Romans. One was Etruria, the land slightly to the north of Rome which was controlled by the Etruscans (among other parts of Italy) and the other was the area in the south of Italy which was settled by Greeks and called Magna Graecia.

None. the Sumerians were the first civilisation, and therefore were not influenced by anyone. The Greeks where influenced by a slight degree by the Assyrians and the Persians. The Normans were not influenced by anyone in particular. The Mayas lived in another continent and did not have any contact with the other peoples mentioned.
