yes yhu can as long as its not new and yhu r not supposed to be getting tattoos while yhur pregnant anyways.so the answer is yes

How successful is the epidural technique?
an epideral is awesome i had it when i was in labor with my first child, first u will feel a pinch then a sting, then u might feel the capita go in but 5 min after it is done u will go threw pregnancy as a pro. you will thank me.<3 jenn<3
What to expect during a c section?
U should expect not to b in any pain, first off. If its a planned one the docs may opt for a spinal block instead of an epideral bc with an epideral it might risk a dead nerve, which mean there may be a spot that is not numbed and causes u to feel pain during the procedure. Of course, in emergencies they will give extra epideral. Before they cut u, the doc will test to see if u r numb with pointed prongs. Its rare if u feel the procedure, but I had a friend who did. U will be fine. The c section will be quick, quicker in er situations. U won't feel too much pain. Sometimes, they will leave the iv epideral running and u will have a standing order for some percecet or some other narcotic. Some ppl will shiver when not cold or itch bc of the iv medication. This is a normal response and u will have a standing order for benedryl. Expect not to eat bc they can't feed u until they know u will keep down food and ur bowel sounds return. It is not uncommon for u to vomit the first fe hours. U will bleed less than thos who had vaginal births, and bleeding will increase as u increase ur activity. Recovery time is longer compared to vaginal births. Any more questions? If so, ask. I'm a nurse who had four c sections!
What is Lhermittes Syndrome?
i received 2 epideral injections two weeks apart, which did not help my leg pain i was experiencing. I after the second and last injection i ended up in the ER from lower back pressure,headache. Since those injections i have frequent headaches,leg crapmping,bruning radiating in front and back of leg, tremors, body jolts. could these injections cause Lhermittes syndrome. I have been tested for parkinsons,MS.vitamin defeciency and they have all been negative. I am otherwise in good health
The monitors show contractions but all you feel is tightening why?
Every human body is different into how we feel pain. A contraction is esentially a cramp, or a tightening of the muscles. Some woman feel severe pain with very mild contractions, and others can deliver a baby naturally and say they felt discomfort. As contractions progress, pain progresses as well. I have seen woman be in the beginning stages of labor and not even know when they were haveing a contraction, others have described what you are: a tightening feeling, and others want an epideral from the getgo; although, most epiderals cannot be given until after 4 centameters dialated or more! Enjoy your lack of pain, many women envy you!

I just wanna know My first child,a boy was born at 12lbs 5.8oz Vaginally without epideral,his shoulder was caught during the birth. 3 degree tears and enough blood loss I should have had a transfusion. So when I found out I was pregnaunt again the hospital made me have a high risk dr. He had me come in frequently. I had also asked for anio check 6-7 months cause I felt something was wrong, which they said test came back negative. They gave me anxiety medicine. Four weeks before my due date I asked for him to induce me, I told him the baby was going to be the same size or larger he looked at me funny and said he specializes in high risk and for me to trust him. He stated that I was just stressed and the baby would be under 10lbs. A week later I complained again requesting induction, He said fine they set it up a week later. I came in a week later early morning they gave me the medicine and I walked down the hall to the office my mom worked since they wanted me to walk. After walking to and from my room for a few hrs they said I can soak in the jacuzzi. I got out and they wanted to break my bag, with what looked like a huge crochet needle. A few hrs later I had My 12lb 8oz baby boy. He had phnemonia. (not noted till several months later, a diagnosis of Nerofibromatosis) I was upset at the hospital, and dr. No one listened to me. Apparently I didn't know my body well enough that I had to trust a dr. who has studied high risk. Oh yea my second delivery was without epideral as well. Sorry for the spelling.
