Ok. They both have Pros and cons.
L.A. Remix. Better Graphics, more options, flexible, more cars, more features and functions. If you get the 360 version, you can customize the inside of the car (Ex: Steering Wheel, Seats, Carpet)
Dub Edition 3. Better Storyline. Oh yeah, better songs. That's about it.
Overall, you should get the LA version. That's the on I have. Plus, it's newer.

First of all, Midnight club L.A. Remix does not have better graphics! L.A. Remix is for the PSP only! The regular Midnight club L.A. for consoles are better. And Second, Midnight club Deb Edition has alot more stuff. more parts, better customiztation, trucks. I would get them both. it would only be like 50$ for both.
