NO. VIN stands for Vehicle Identification Number. This is the real long number usually found on the drivers side just below the windshield. It has letters and numbers in it. The engine number is stamped / engraved somewhere on the engine block. And somewhere there's a build list, telling which engine that originally went into which car.
Motor mounts (engine mounts) are used to connect a car engine to the car frame. They are usually made of rubber and metal.
