You will find the tube that drains the pan under the evaporator is clogged . You can clear this problem yourself by checking the tube to make sure it is clear . The tube is under the hood sticking out of the fire wall about midway . Simply take a clothes hanger and poke up it , be careful not to tear the rubber or get a faceful of water when it is cleared . It is a black tube and hangs down , looks like a vaccuum tube from the insaide of the cab .
If the cables have failed, the entire regulator needs replaced.

you need to get your drivers license replaced when your current one expires. look at the license's and you'll see a date(not your birth date) & that's when you need to get it replaced.

my 2001 grand caravan has the fuse box located under the hood on the drivers side. on my van, believe it or not, the fuse is marked "A/C clutch". hope this helps.
