Only the attorney you ask to reprsent you can tell you that information. Most attornies charge by the hour. The simpler the case - the less it will cost. The more complicated the case - the more it will cost.

It all depends from a state but I know that you can expunge a felony in CA for $795, because I did it. I used recordgone , and they were awesome. I fully recommend them!

How can you get a criminal record expunged?

In Canada, you must fill an application for a pardon. You can hire somebody to do it for you - the cost will be about 550$. If you do it by yourself, there is a fee of 50 $ for the form plus the fees to obtain a copy of your criminal record.

Internet sites say they can clear your record for 400 is it true?

No, it's not true. An attorney can help you get a conviction expunged, but it will cost more than $400.

How much does a paraphernalia ticket cost in the state of Missouri?

Usually around 180$ depending on what you got a ticket for and you should get 3 options 1) pay the fine of 180 and it stays on your record. 2) pay around 40-100$ an take a 4 hour drug class and expunged from your record and 3) 40 hours of community service and expunged from your record. Hope this helps this is just average and your first offense(documented)

How long does it takes to expunge a record in Ohio?

First you need to consult an attorney to see if your record actually CAN be expunged. The legal language can mislead you into thinking "expunge" - meaning it completely goes away instead of what is more common - that your record is "set aside". Getting a record expunged COULD be worth what it's gonna cost you. Getting your record set aside doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. You can usually get an initial consultation at no cost any maybe the attorney can explain the differences and tell you what you are able to do. There is also something called Expedited Criminal Database Update(ECDU), which is sometimes needed if you want your expungement to take the effect immediately(sometimes it takes up to a year for them to update your record).

Can i own a gun in Florida with a non conviction felony?

(note I am not a lawyer) You can not own a firearm in Florida with a felony on your record, however if it is a non-conviction, and is your only offense, you may be able to get a lawyer to seal/expunge your record and get your rights restored. This does cost between $600 and $2000 depending on complexity of the case.

Way back in 1996-7 you plead and received a felony SIS which you were told would not show up Would you be able to be a Pharmacy Technician?

Not familiar with the acronmym "SIS" but the best way to check to see if this does show up on your criminal record, would be to request a copy of your own record. Go to any law enforcement agency and request it - it should cost only a nominal administrative fee, and it would clear up all doubt. NOTE: I'd be cautious about what I was "told" if I were you. Unless the record actually was expunged by court order it very well might appear.

Can you get a daycare license if you have a old DUI charge?

Depends on the state and how old the charge is. In most states it can cost you your license. There are also requirements for mandatory disclosure. You should probably check with an attorney to see how long it is before your record can be expunged.

You want to check if you have a felony on your record?

To check if you have a felony on your record, you can start by contacting your local law enforcement agency or courthouse and requesting a background check. Another option is to hire a reputable background check provider to conduct a comprehensive search of your criminal record. It's important to note that laws and procedures for accessing criminal records may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
