Current Amplification Factor or Current Gain is basically the ratio of the ratio of the output current to the input current when its passing through an electrical device. So, it gives us the amount of current gained as it flows through.

output current/input current

For example:for CE Transistor ,beta=ic/ib

In electronics, amplification factor is usually called "gain". An electronic amplifier increases its input signal by the amount of its "gain".

It's the ratio of the output signal to the input signal. It is unitless, so just a number, like "20".

Say an amplifier has an input of 1 volt, and an output of 20V. Its voltage gain or amplification factor would be 20.

It is often expressed in decibel (dB) form which is a logarithm representation.

In the example above, the gain would be 26dB

What is hfe and hfc in transistor?

I don't know about hfc, but hFE is the amplification factor by which the transistor amplifies the base current. Therefore, if hFE is 100, the base current is amplified by a factor of 100.

What is current amplification of a transistor?

a transistor ampify the current i.e. you the output current proportional to the input one. in CE amplifier , this ratio is more than one Ic/Ib = current amplification factor this extra ampitude comes from the biasing batteries used.
