The density of reinforced concrete is 2500 kg/cum or 25 kn/cum
concrete is made of metal so it will sink in every liquid you test it on

Grade 60 has a tensile stress of 60000 psi while Grade 40 has 40000. Grade 60 steel rusts faster than grade 40. grade 60 bar can be identified by the word 60 which should have printed on that while on grade 40 no no will be printed or written and we can identify this by counting the lines on steel as well. If there are 3 lines longitudinally on the bar its is of 60 grade and if 2 lines longitudinally it will be identified as 40 grade.

Usually concrete mix comes in 40, 60 or 80 pound bags.
Does it float or does it not float? If it floats it is lense dense than water, 62.4 lbs/cubic ft. Wood is about 40 lbs/ cu.ft.--it floats. Concrete is 150 lbs. / cu.ft. -- it does not float.

It depends on the mixture of concrete. some concretes can float and some are extremely dense. The density of a concrete is dependent on the material it is made from, typically the aggregate. So without a known density for the concrete this cannot be answered.
concrete is not a conductor of elec. a well built shelter would be steel reinforced . Much safer than a steel one Dennis Vail 40 years building of building concrete storm cellars and saferooms on site cellarman100@hotmail.com
40 out of 50 is 80%. The grade which this represents will depend on grade boundaries which, in turn, will depend on the standardising procedure.

Assuming you only had a single grade of 100, a second grade of 40 would give you an average of 70. The grade corresponding to that would depend on what range of percentages corresponds to what grade.
