I have used JBweld and it works . No one will tell you to use it because of the liability . The 10 minuet type works best, seems to dry harder.

Ford does make many plastic radiator tops, it's possible that epoxy is used in their manufacture.
Epoxy glue is a resin and it is used more for reasons like super glue. Although, it works best on hard surfaces not soft surfaces such as paper.
If it's polystyrene use poly glue if other parts use epoxy or super glue.
