How are people treated under fascim?

Poorly. Fascism is extreme right-wing authoritarian politics, and is strictly hostile towards democracy, liberal ideas, etc. Fascist regimes are usually controlled by the oppressive and harsh rule of a dictator. Countries such as North Korea can be considered fascist, and the people under fascism are oppressed in their own society and usually have few rights.

What are similarities and differences between communism and fascism?

Communism is a far-left economic/political ideology that believes modern capitalistic society will eventually evolve into a stateless, classless, moneyless society where the workers control the means of production (the means of production being factories, farms, mines, etc). However, in practice, communist countries (an oxymoron right from the beginning) have been authoritarian dictatorships or oligarchies where the workers have had virtually no power whatsoever.Fascism is a quirky far-right political ideology which posits that modern liberal democracies have become decadent and obsolete, and the nation must be unified and controlled by the State- that is, a powerful central government usually ruled by a dictator. Fascists also tend to be extremely nationalistic and militaristic- they believe violence can be justified, and that war can be useful for strengthening their nation. Interestingly, Fascism strongly opposes communism, but also opposes capitalism and democracy.
