It's true that, children do not eat properly. We have to always chase them to give them healthy food.
But, I believe that they should play outdoor games more, because they burn more energy & automatically do feel hungry. There is no need to "give" children anything to make them hungry, and doing so could be construed as abusive. They will eat when they are hungry, and you need only put food in front of them.
