It is actually hard to say which is healthier because Chinese food is not nearly as simple as many think. Chinese food is divided into roughly four main cuisines (based off geography), with each area having a very distinct flavor. For instance, Sichuan food is known for being extremely spicy, while Cantonese food is usually quite sweet or light, thus making it very hard to compare something as diverse as Chinese food with Mexican food.
