Cut out carbonated drinks and sweet tea if you are a heavy drinker of both. I lost 8 pounds in a week. I was a 3 coke a day person and sweet tea at lunch.
to bring on menstruation you should drink more of parsley tea.....and not tooo much of meat or heavy food.
No, but it is probably best to avoid very large amounts of tea. Black tea, like other types of tea (including green and white tea) contains caffeine, and very high amounts of caffeine can have a harmful effect on a pregnancy, such as increasing the risk of miscarriage. The amount of caffeine in tea though is very low, and depending on how strong the tea is, 3-5 cups would be completely safe. Even if you are drinking more tea than this, it's not anywhere near as harmful as, say, smoking or heavy alcohol use. It's not worth worrying about.
It depends on how heavy the period is average is a few tea spoons of blood, it's only your womb lining shredding
Yarrow has been used to stop menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding. This is done with yarrow tea, tincture or Sitz baths.
It really does depend on how much green tea you drink during the day. It doesn't matter if a drink/food is healthy, but if you have one thing too much your body will 'turn against it'. Green tea usually does have a calming effect, but don't drink it before bed unless it's decaf green tea. Caffiene does keep you awake at night. You should probably check with your doctor to see what is causing you heavy night sweating.
it depends, how much you take it. Tea Coffee intake should be less. The heavy or more intake of Tea increases the stomach problems, leads to acidity. And it kills your hunger & simply you don not want to eat. That means not healthy habit & healthy food intake. So only two cup of Tea is enough. Talking more on herbal & Green tea, one should include it in diet. It reduces the body fats & increases the glow of skin.
Personaly, I began taking melotonin pills and sleep time tea. But it varies I guess on the person. That's just my opinion.
I have frozen both loose tea and tea bags. I make sure they are in unopened boxes/bags, then pack them in a couple of heavy duty freezer bags. I can usually keep them for a few months, since I drink lots of tea and like strong English or Canadian tea.

The British taxed the colonists everything they could. Under the Stamp Act, all paper products were taxed, and the Tea Act caused a very high tax on tea. The Tea Act caused the Boston Tea Party and much of the unrest that led to the American Revolution.
