There is no 'ideal weight' for a 62-year-old woman (or a woman of any age). Weight is related to height and body composition rather than age. between 125-145Ibs. You shouldn't aim too low though as it becomes more and more important to have a few back-up pounds in case of illness as you get older. 135lbs would be a great aim I think.

I used a BMI calculator that also considered the age of the person, but your body composition is of course the most important factor. Many superfit athletes are overweight according to their BMI, so if you are very muscular a higher weight need not be unhealthy. Few manage to maintain this amount of muscles after they hit 50 though...
