What is info on Chicago's Lincoln Highway?

I am not a real OLD TIMER but I did live in a three flat on Lincoln Highway in Chicago Heights about 1954 to 1956 when I was just a toddler. My grandparents lived in the 3 flat next to us and I can recall watching the trucks roll by through their living room window in the late 1950's. This was a few blocks east of Western Avenue, and about 2 blocks west of Monarch Cleaners. I heard that Al Capone had a house in Chicago Heights close to this. I am not sure if it was on Lincoln Highway or a block or two off it. Perhaps a Capone history buff could verify or refute this.
