Are people with internal or external locus of control healthier?
To me, people with internal locus of control are happier because they can exert control over their lives using their own internal criterion. External causes do not regulate their lives.

If we are too influenced by people and things outside us, we are said to have an external locus of evaluation. When we are able to decide for ourselves exactly what we want from life, rather than being too influenced by others, then we are said to have an internal locus of evaluation.
