from what i know about parasites(which is very little), they use their host's food as a food source. I'm guessing that the organism in question is the host to the parasite.
Also, parasites like tapeworm are beneficial to humans because they can stop bowel cancer!

∙ 14y agoHumans, livestock, etc. Basically anything with a healthy bloodstream. This is my guess. Try to back up my conclusion because I could be wrong. I know parasites are attracted to humans. For example, tape worms or hook worms. Also livestock such as cows and even some dogs. Aren't flea's considered parasites?
