There isn't one, only periods of varying probability. 19% of all people relying on "safe" periods gets pregnant within one year. It's pretty much the Russian Roulette approach to becoming a parent.

Safe ? Well if you mean safe from getting pregnant ...... on average most women ovulate between day 8 & day 18 of their cycle - counting from your first day of bleeding as day one. But you can ovulate anytime during your cycle as every woman's body is different. Once an egg has been released from your ovary it is viable for approx 72 hrs/3 days.

A woman is only fertile for around 9 days per cycle, however unless you use fertility awareness method you cannot know for certain when those days are - thus you have to assume that you are always fertile. If sexually active you should always use birth control to prevent unintended pregnancy.

It depends what you mean by the safest.

If you're referring to the safest time to have sex without falling pregnant, it depends on the woman's cycle - she would need to use a Birth Control method such as fertility awareness method to determine when she is fertile or not. You cannot guess at when she may or may not be fertile based on previous cycles, this is known as rhythm method and is not reliable at all.

It depends on what you mean by 'safe days' if you mean days when you can have sex without falling pregnant - any day you're using reliable birth control. There are days when it is impossible to get pregnant (when there is no egg or fertile cervical mucus) but unless you're using a birth control method like Fertility Awareness Method you have no way of knowing when those days are. Guessing your fertile days based on the typical 28 day cycle or your own average cycles is known as Rhythm Method, which is unreliable because it guesses fertile days rather that knowing when you're fertile or not.

None. A orgasm can make you ovulate again so always use protection.
