hello, i own a 99 Eddie Bauer and if they are the same motor which i think they are then your plugs are on top of your engine heads but below your coil packs. you will need to take the one screw out of your coil pack and your plugs are under them.
FOLLOW THE SPARK PLUG WIRES TO THE BLOCK. AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR PLUGS. A FEW OF THEM ARE HARD TO CHANGE BUT JUST PERSIST AND YOU'LL BE FINE

If the engine is a 5.4L then the spark plugs are underneath these long wire caps. They sit deep in the engine so be careful when changing you can easily get them crossthreaded. They don't have much thread that goes into the hole.
