The pH value of natural clean water is 7 making it neutral, however some contaminated H2O are acidic or alkalinic therfore making its pH value range from 1-6 or 8-12. Lemon juice is acidic and contains slaked lime which has a chemical formula of CaO and is pronounced as Calcium oxide, some other kind of lemon/lime is Ca(OH)2 pronounced as Calcium hydroxide.
