Well we mostly release greenhouse gases which cause pollution.

We pour rubbish in landfill sites which cause pollution and remain toxic.

We use cars which use oil at an alarming rate. So we are using tooo many resources.

We use technology which uses electricity which contributes to global warming as it releases greenhouse gases.

There are too many of us in the world so food shortages may become a problem.

We are killing animals and making them extinct mostly due to global warming.

We are cutting down trees for paper and cutting down rainforests also killing animals and increasing the effects of global warming.

So mostly we have a negative effect on the environment
Global Warming, mankind is effecting the environment by producing co2 gas and releasing in the atmosphere.
Humans Are Effecting the Environment through many different ways, such as:

Travelling producing co2,

Acidification which is from acid rain which is also damaging sea life which is being a pain for the food chains,

Also climate change x

Mostly we degrade it ... just like all other animals, but we do it faster so that it never gets a chance to heal. And more permanently when we pour concrete or dredge channels for water drainage.
BAD

Almost ALL of the human activities aren't helpful in the environment. This is because most of the human activities contribute to the environmental pollution.

They insist to have bigger amount of salary or money than to have safe and well-ventilated community.

Positive human impacts are generally limited to undoing problems humans have caused in the first place. At one time "positive impacts" were thought to be changing land which was just wastefully being "natural" into productive farms or cities.

Activities which improve damaged eco-systems include:

  • Ecosystems are reinstated
  • Pollution discharges are eliminated
  • Species are bred and released
  • Foreign species are eliminated
  • Accumulations of contaminated sediments are removed
  • We exhale some carbon dioxide which assists green plants in survival
  • Our assistance in natural selection (culling) in some wild herds yield a less negative gene pool
  • The protected species laws assist in avoiding extinction
  • Use of new and different energy forms reduce pollution
  • Composting puts nutrients back into the earth, where they originally come from
  • "Re-greening" areas which have been subject to desertification
  • Reforestation of native lands
  • We breed endangered animals, yes some are kept in zoos and enclosures but others are bred and set free into the wild, in order for them to be able to breed more freely and get their numbers up.
  • We may obtain information and act in an informed way
  • Recycling ALL wastes is a Great First Step towards understanding the Problems We Face.
  • Leave it alone.
  • Set it up as a National Park.
  • Don't allow hunting or mining.

Our changes to the environment can actually benefit several species. For example, we are extending the range of some species by changing the ecosystem.

We die, and in dying we release our constituent atoms back into the ecosystem for reuse by the geosphere and other organisms. In dying we no longer consume the Earth's resources or produce pollution. Apart from dying, there is no other useful contribution that we make to the environment. Everything else we do tends to unbalance the ecosystem. If there were less of us, our negative impacts on the environment would be in balance and not lead to changes in natural ecosystems. So, the best thing you can do for Earth's environment is to die but, failing that, don't reproduce your genes.

Humans help the earth in a good way. Aside from littering, we basically have a system going on. Every time we kill a tree we plant a tree. So that is good.
