IQ tests are pretty much a thing of the past. I doubt that Bush every took one and if he did, his score is private.If you are inquiring about his general intelligence, he has a bachelor's from Yale and an MBA from Harvard. Both of these are good schools with high admission standards. One generally has to be in the 75% percentile or higher to avoid flunking out. Bush was not noted for his study habits, yet he graduated on time, so one guesses he was pretty bright when he needed to be.

While there are no actual IQ records for George Bush, it is an established fact that SAT scores correlate into an IQ. (at least they did until recent changes in the SAT) And based on George W. Bush's SAT scores, his IQ is around 128.
