lol its not a real jutsu. when sakura turns into a giant that's actually her inner self (Inner Sakura). if you watched the episode, sakura vs ino, when ino went into sakuras mind, Inner Sakura emerged and was able to overthrow ino to get out of her body. There was also the part where ino said that sakura had like two minds (sakuras inside is stronger than a normal person).

If he went against sakura and fought the way she does AKA using his OWN chakra, he'd be slaughtered. He wouldn't have the 9 tails or sage mode. This means his jutsu is reduced to multi-shadowclones, a basic rasengan, sexy jutsu, demond wind shuriken, transformation justu, and probably some other basic stuff. Sakura is way to smart an strong to let any of this phase her. Plus, even if naruto could hit her with any of this jutsu, she could simply heal herself. So I would say YES, Sakura is better than Naruto.
