It's sort of hard to compare the two, because they're scary in completely different ways. The Exorcist is a supernatural Horror movie, while Saw is blood-and-guts torture horror.
But if I had to choose, I'd probably say the Exorcist. Spooky and creepy always wins over bloody and gory, for me.
