What are the Names of the five elements in Norse Magic?
There are no elements in Norse magic. There were three basic
types of Norse magic. Seidr, which was typically the woman's magic,
which involved entering a trance, the typical man's magic, Galdr,
which is the poetic, singing magic, and rune sorcery.
You may also see Voelva as a separate magic. These women were
seeress' and did it through intuition and dreams. They are often
lumped into the Seidr category because they are women, and a Seidr
witch could divine the future by summoning the dead voelva.
