That way it can drink for many hours. I would like to add on to his/hers. This is one of the very few times a lion will dare to approach an adult giraffe. A giraffes favorite food comes from the Acacia tree (Check my spelling on that one). One blow from the kick of a giraffe can kill a lion. They run about 35 miles per hour. When males fight, they do so by swinging their heads and necks at the other. I believe females grow to be 17-19 feet tall. that's all I can think of from the top of my head =)
