I am trying to figure out the same thing for South Carolina. I read in one article that it is 3 years here, as for Idaho I don't know. I read that and I also heard it from someone else (that it was 3 years) who had a DUI but I can't find any evidence online about any state. I have also heard of people being summoned 10 years later for DUI, so really I have no idea.
