The transmission drain plug is actually not located on the 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. This car has a transmission pan that has to be removed rather than a drain plug.
Gap it at .60
Raise the vehicle and look at the oil pan. You will see a bolt in the oil pan. That is the drain plug.
Bottom of radiator. If it has none then remove the lower radiator hose to drain the radiator.
The 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme OBD 2 port is under driver side dash above accelerator pedal
it is located at the front of the engine under the coil packs(where the spark plug wires all connect)
Could be in need of a tune up. Start with replacing the spark plugs and spark plug wires.

The 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass 3.1 liter engine spark plug gap is .028. Most spark plugs will come pre-gapped from the manufacturer.

at the junk yard or just take that bull s###t off crimp it or plug it but still run the pump for the belt.

The recommended spark plug gap is .045"
its not the plug type its the sead beam type take one torqs bit nut loose form thr bulb and the light will come loose
I have a 90 cutlass supreme. Mine has been going goofy for some time now. If it blacks out, flashes off and on, or shows different readings on fuel gauge, odometer or speedometer then you have problem. I took it out and looked for loose plug wires(1 plug) or cicuits. Found none. Needs replaced. Can sometimes be found on Ebay for cheap price. If so make sure it right one!!!
