Just make a new album, then post photo's for 30 days. The photo's usually consist of something really important to you, or photo's from your childhood.

i say about 20-30 minutes a day. If you have no job then its like 1 hour a day, if you really like a person on facebook its like an hour a day or more.
The big challenge on facebook is not getting addicted to it once you start using it usually..
