Actually, #494 is Victini, an orange winged foxlike pokemon. It is actually a legendary, and I do not know why they listed it before the starters. #495 is Tsutsarja, the starting Pokemon, which is now called "Snivy" in English. They already have the English names for the starters.
#495 Tsutsarja = Snivy
#498 Pokabu = Tepig
#501 Mijumaru = Oshawott
There are a few more English names, but they are still mostly untranslated yet. Pokemon Black / White will be out in the U. S. on March 6, 2011.
