Al Samad.

"Jehovah" is not even the name for god. It is a German attempt at pronouncing the Tetragrammaton in the Masoretic Hebrew scripture, however the Masoretic scribes intentionally placed the vowel points of the Hebrew word "Elohim" on the Tetragrammaton consonants instead of the correct ones (which are unknown as Jews will not pronounce it) to avoid the risk of accidentally "taking the name of god in vain" while reading the Hebrew scripture. When pronounced with these incorrect vowels the Tetragrammaton simply becomes a nonsense word.

"Jehovah" is not even the name for God. It is a German attempt at pronouncing the Tetragrammaton in the Masoretic Hebrew scripture, without realizing that the Masoretic scribes intentionally placed the vowel points of the Hebrew word "Adonai" on the Tetragrammaton consonants instead of the correct ones (which are unknown, as Jews do not pronounce it) to avoid the risk of accidentally "taking the name of God in vain" while reading the Hebrew scripture. When pronounced with these incorrect vowels the Tetragrammaton simply becomes a nonsense word.

This depends on the intent of the question.

If you are asking which word Christians who are Arabic speakers use to refer to their God, most will use the Arabic "Allah" (الله). While there is certainly debate as to whether the Christian God and the Muslim God are the same God, the word is used interchangeably.

If you are asking which word in Arabic strictly corresponds to Jehovah in Arabic, e.g. the word used by Jehovah's Witnesses in their name or by Biblical Scholars in Arabic who are referring specifically to this nomenclature, it is the Arabic "Yahwa" (يهوه).
