The largest extant feline in the world is the liger, which is a hybrid crossbreed of the male lion and the female tiger. Males can reach 3.5 m in length, excluding the tail, and a weight in excess of 370 kg.
The largest wild cat in the world is the Amur Tiger, also known as the Siberian tiger. Its length averages 3.3 m, excluding the tail, which is another 1m in length. Some males have been known to grow even longer. Adult males can also reach a mass of 320 kg, though females are a little over half that mass.
The largest domestic breed of cat is the Savannah cat, although there is some dispute as to whether this species is actually domestic, as it is the product of a cross between the Siamese cat and the serval, which is a wild African cat.
Savannahs are considered one of the larger breeds of domesticated cats. Their tall and slim build gives Savannahs the appearance of greater size than their actual weight. They are as tall as many breeds of domestic dogs.[1] F1 hybrid and F2 Savannahs are usually the largest, due to the stronger genetic influence of the African Serval forbear. Male Savannahs tend to be larger than females. On average, early generation Savannahs may weigh 10 to 25 lbs. Average size is also very dependent on generation and sex, with F1 male cats usually being the largest. Later generation Savannahs are usually between 8-17 lbs. Because of the random factors in Savannah hybrid genetics, there can be significant variation in size, even in one litter. Some breeders report Savannahs in excess of 30 pounds, with at least one breeder claiming an over 40 pound male.

The Maine Coon and the Ragdoll are at the same as far as size. Both are considered to be some of the largest. Someone might end up with a Ragdoll that is on the smaller size for its breeds standards or with a Maine Coon on the larger size...and vise versa. Its a good toss up.
I have two Maine Coons. My male is a not quite one years old and he is already 19 pounds and still has room to grow into. My female is of the same age and weighs 15 pounds also with room to grow.
The largest cat breeds are Maine Coons and Norwedgian Forest cats.
well Maine coon is the longest cat breed being 1 metr long but the ragdoll weights the most and the savanah standing on all four paws is as big as a medium size dog
Norwegian Forest Cats, Savannah Cats, Main Coons, Siberian Cats, Chausies, Ragdolls, Ragamuffins, Ocelots, Mokaves, Lynxes & Servals.
Ocelots & Lynxs aren't really legal to own because they're wild, but that sure hasn't stopped people from keeping them as housecats & breeding them.

The term breed is for group of domestic animals (in this case, cats) with similar or the same appearance, behavior, and other characteristics that distinguish it from other animals of the same species. There are no breeds of cat that occur naturally in the wild. The largest cat species is the Siberian tiger.
Probably the Maine Coon because they are the largest cat breed. =)
The Ocicat is an all-domestic breed of cat which resembles a wild cat but has no wild DNA in its gene pool. The breed is unusual in that it is spotted like a wild cat but has the temperament of a domestic animal. It is named for its resemblance to the ocelot.
A family of wild cats could be some wild cats, but they are family. Or wild cats like the Ocelot (a kind of endangered wild cat) breed with a tamed cat to make another breed of tamed cats, like the Ocicat (and Ocelot breed with a tabby)
it totally depends on the breed of ferral cat.
The Maine Coon, which is the world's largest breed of domestic cat.
